On each MP3, the full performance reference track is in the left channel,
the individual vocal/piano is in the right channel. To get more of a particular channel,
turn the balance on your stereo in the direction of the track you want louder.
For example, if you want more of the vocal and less of the reference track,
turn the balance to the right.
To set balance:
PC: control panel>sound>properties>level.
Mac: system preferences/sound.
IOS 5.0 and later: Settings>General>Accessibility
MP3 players without balance -- pull the earbud part way
out of your ear for the track you want quieter.
